Deepam Hospital is only one hospital in Tambaram (Chennai) that has small incision retinal surgery—including sutureless 23 and 25 gauge vitrectomy. We performed the vitrectomy using the brand-new, state— of–the Art , high-speed Alcon Accurus vitrectomy machine. This new technology allows us to bring the newest and latest retinal surgery to our patients. The new instruments allow us to treat everything from complicated retinal detachments to delicate macular surgery right here in Chennai.
