1 . To get the availability of insurance information from the reception / enquiry counter
2 . For Emergency Cases -
1 . Approval to be made after admission
2 . If approved, payment to be made for credit facility according to your policy norms & Conditions
3 . Enhancement will be made when the amount exceeds the initial approval
4 . If it is denied, patient have to pay the balance amount
3 . Elective / surgery cases
1 . Collect the pre. Authorization form from the reception / enquiry counter
2 . Meet the Consultant / Duty Medical Officer to fulfill the pre. Auth form.
3 . Handover the form with two Xerox copies of your id card to the Insurance dept.
4 . After getting approval, admissions is made.
4 . Unawareness Cases -
1 . The insurance department will help you to process the claim
2 . If approved, the paid mount will be refunded at that time of discharge
3 . If it is delayed / denied you have to pay the amount and will go for reimbursement.
